Skyfall Analytics, Inc. ("Skyfall," "we," "us") operates the Skyfall marketing site at skyfall.agency and the analytics dashboard at dashboard.skyfall.agency. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Skyfall, we may collect:
- Account information — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google. Access is currently limited to authorized workspace accounts.
- Integration credentials — If you connect Facebook or a CRM (such as GoHighLevel), we store tokens and configuration needed to read ad performance and conversion data on your behalf. Sensitive values are encrypted at rest.
- Usage and performance data — Ad spend, campaign metrics, pipeline stages, and related KPIs retrieved from connected platforms so we can display them in your dashboard.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and server logs collected by our hosting provider for security, debugging, and reliability.
- Cookies — Session and authentication cookies required to keep you signed in and to complete OAuth flows securely.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Skyfall dashboard and related services
- Authenticate users and enforce account access rules
- Connect to third-party platforms you authorize (Google, Meta/Facebook, CRMs)
- Calculate and display KPIs such as spend, CPL, CPQL, and CPA
- Respond to support requests and protect against abuse or unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services
Skyfall integrates with services you choose to connect. Each third party processes data under its own policies:
- Google — Sign-in (OAuth). See Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook) — Ad account connection and Marketing API data. See Meta Privacy Policy.
- GoHighLevel and other CRMs — Pipeline and contact metrics when you provide credentials.
- Infrastructure providers — Hosting (Vercel), database (Neon Postgres), and related subprocessors that process data solely to run the service.
We only access third-party data with your authorization and only to provide features you use inside Skyfall.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure in the United States. Integration tokens and secrets are encrypted before being written to our database. We use industry-standard HTTPS, access controls, and monitoring, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Retention
We retain account and integration data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may disconnect integrations or request deletion of your account data by contacting us. We may retain limited logs for security, billing, or legal compliance.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
- Disconnect third-party integrations from the dashboard
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
To exercise these rights, email privacy@skyfall.agency. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
7. Children
Skyfall is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.
8. International users
If you access Skyfall from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. where our service providers operate.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at https://skyfall.agency/privacy and update the "Last updated" date above.
